Andrzej od miesięcy pracował nad kontraktem z DataHouse. Ostoja wciąż traktował go jednak jak kogoś, kogo trzeba pilnować. W Andrzeju narastało poczucie upokorzenia.

Kamera przy wejściu zarejestrowała Andrzeja wracającego do biura. Monitoring był już wtedy wyłączony.
Kilka minut później ze skrzynki Ostoi wysłano wiadomość informującą DataHouse, że kolejne spotkanie poprowadzi Andrzej. Ale tej wiadomości nie napisał Ostoja.

Andrzej przyznaje, że napisał ją sam. Twierdzi, że chciał jedynie samodzielnie sfinalizować kontrakt.
Przypomina sobie jednak, że podczas integracji podszedł do niego nieznany mężczyzna. Kupił mu piwo i powiedział:
„Przy takim kontrakcie chyba warto wreszcie usiąść na właściwym krześle przy stole negocjacyjnym.”
Objective: Find all 8 differences between the two banners.
Rules: The entire team must move together. It is forbidden to split up or look at both banners at the same time. When you’re done, report the differences in alphabetical order to the activity coordinator .
TAKING PICTURES IS NOT ALLOWED!
Andrzej had been working on the contract with DataHouse for months. Ostoja, however, still treated him as someone who needed to be kept in check. A sense of humiliation was growing inside Andrzej.

The camera at the entrance captured Andrzej returning to the office. The surveillance system had already been turned off by then.
A few minutes later, a message was sent from Ostoja’s email account informing DataHouse that Andrzej would be leading the next meeting. But Ostoja did not write that message.

Andrzej admits that he wrote it himself. He claims he simply wanted to finalize the contract on his own.
He recalls, however, that during the team-building event, an unknown man approached him, bought him a beer and said, “With a contract like this, it's about time to take the right seat at the negotiating table.”
