Kasia wymknęła się z integracji w kręgielni i wróciła do biura o 23:10.

Kilka minut później Kasia zalogowała się do firmowego panelu telefonicznego z numer służbowego Władysława Ostoi. Numer prezesa został przekierowany na automatyczną sekretarkę - komunikat informował od teraz, że Ostoja wyjechał na Tahiti.
Według niej był to tylko głupi żart. Następnego dnia prezes zniknął.

Kasia from HR had been waiting for a very a long time for Władysław Ostoja’s decisions. Her repeated proposals for changes in the HR department went unanswered. Finally, something snapped inside her. “I wonder if he’ll still like the silence so much once he experiences it himself,” she thought. Kasia slipped away from the team-building event at the bowling alley and returned to the office at 11:10 p.m.
A few minutes later, Kasia logged into the company’s phone system using Władysław Ostoja’s work number. The CEO’s number had been forwarded to an answering machine - the message now stated that Ostoja had left for Tahiti.
She thought it was just a silly joke. The next day, the CEO disappeared.
